Bryan Edwards takes the reins of the Hermiston boys program to start the 2023-24 season.
Edwards previously coached at Columbia Basin College for three years, spending two seasons as an assistant and one season as head coach of the program. He took a year off to work on his degree and his player development program before being offered the top spot at Hermiston.
Edwards is no stranger to the Bulldogs, having been born in Hermiston and attending school there until his family moved to Pasco and graduated in 2006. He still has family in the Hermiston and Stanfield area, including Izzy Simmons and Avonlea Edwards, who both play on the girls squad.
Edwards has two daughters — Everett and Eastlyn — and a chocolate lab.
